Casseroles for TASK

Please support the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen

By preparing a vegetarian/fish/dairy casserole

And dropping it off at TJC

Your contribution of a casserole will make a difference in someone's life.

  • Follow one of the recipes listed below, check the website for additional recipes (www.thejewishcenter.org/Participate-With-Us/Social-Action) or use your own recipe.
  • Aluminum tins and pre-printed labels are available in the TJC office or use your own disposable tin.
  • After you bake your casserole, BE SURE TO COVER WITH SEVERAL LAYERS OF ALUMINUM FOIL. Freeze.  Then put the casserole in a plastic bag and bring to TJC's dairy freezer (kitchen on the left).
  • To make sorting easier for our deliverer, print a label (www.thejewishcenter.org/Participate-With-Us/Social-Action), mark the checkoff box for "Tuna," "Bean/Lentil," Pasta/Cheese" or "Other" and tape to your casserole.

 We Value Your Feedback

Our Rabbi plays many roles---he teaches, comforts and counsels, leads services, guides us through both difficult and celebratory moments in our lives, represents us in the larger community, acts as a Jewish role model, provides leadership to the staff, and plays an important role in building our community.

This is not a formal review, but we hope that many of you will take a few moments to reflect

and comment on your experiences with the Rabbi,

with the goal of helping Rabbi Feldman help you.

Please consider, but do not be limited by the following questions:

  • Where, and in what ways does Rabbi Feldman meet or exceed your expectations?
  • Which, if any, of his roles and responsibilities would you like to see emphasized more?
  • What experience(s) with the rabbi have you had that could be useful for the committee and the Rabbi to know?

You can share your thoughts by emailing  RabbiFeedbackCommittee@thejewishcenter.org

or by writing the Jewish Center, 435 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ 08540,

Attn: Rabbi Feedback Committee.

If you would prefer to speak to one of the committee members, please call Eve Coulson at (917) 439-4702 or Andrea Martinez at (310) 702-6222.
